I'm Andrea, the hands and heart behind Sift & Shout. I have a passion for perfecting recipes and capturing nostalgia with each creation.

I'm a military wife that hails originally from Mississippi. I still believe in Southern hospitality and manners, in being a good neighbor, and I believe in God! These are values that I instill in my three beautiful children. Things that make me smile aside from my family and dessert are dancing, fresh flowers, and sweet wine.

Here's to spreading love, good vibes, and, of course, great dessert!

From personal experience, I know how hard it can be to care for yourself and your family in different seasons of Life; whether that be illness, death in the family, giving birth, surgery, etcetera. One of my missions is to help care for families experiencing a hard season. This includes prepared breakfasts, dinners, healthy snacks and the occasional dessert to help nudge a smile during their time of need.
