Macaron Care

Keep macarons refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes for best texture. If your macarons have not been consumed within 48 hours of receiving, place the macarons inside an airtight container and freeze to preserve freshness. Thaw for 30 minutes, then enjoy!

Cupcake Care

Keep cupcakes refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Ensure that cupcakes are not refrigerated alongside strong odors such as garlic or fish. Leave at room temperature for 15-30 minutes to soften icing before enjoying. If your cupcakes have not been consumed within 24 hours of receiving, place the cupcakes inside an airtight container and refrigerate to preserve freshness. Keep multiple cupcake flavors separate in order to maintain individual tastes.

Cake Care

It's best to move/transport your cake while it is still cold. *Your vehicle should be cold to transport your cake. Turn off heater during the winter. During Summer months, set your air conditioning to its lowest temperature and highest fan setting. *Do not leave the cake inside your vehicle while shopping or running errands. Place the cake on a flat surface in your vehicle. A person’s lap is not recommended. Do not leave the cake in direct sunlight, as this will melt the icing. Keep your cake refrigerated until 2-3 hours prior to your event. Leaving the cake at room temperature for several hours will allow the icing to soften and contributes to ease of cutting. Once your cake has been cut, place a piece of parchment or wax paper over the cut surface to retain moisture. If your cake has not been consumed within 48 hours of receiving, place the remaining cake inside an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Leave cake slices at room temperature for 15 minutes before enjoying!
